This is very much like social media nowadays. How people show you what they want you to see. Not the truth. So I find it hard to idolise or admire the person (as I don’t know them) I appreciate and enjoy the art or performance. Because that really is all I see and hear. I think it’s about taking the healthy perspective. Otherwise it can become unhealthy. Focusing on an ideal rather than reality. Love this! Very thought provoking. Yeh, so many artists I listen to are guilty of something, it is rather upsetting.
